May I be serious for a moment?
Last night during Bible study at our church, I was again reminded of the wonderful, glorious gospel.
I cannot even fathom how God can love someone such as I - a sinner that, before Christ, was happy in her sin, and on a path leading to certain and complete destruction. I cannot even begin to understand that, because of God’s amazing grace and the price that Jesus paid on that cross, I am saved. How can I even begin to describe what God has done for me?
Sin no longer holds complete power over my life. The penalty has been paid for.
I am saved. That is all.
All glory be to God.
